What you’re going to do is set up a page on your website where your customers can leave a review. This could even just be a page that links out to review portals such as Google, Trustpilot or similar.
Now you need to make sure that every customer who purchases your products or services is invited to visit your new review page.
You can do this by adding the URL to your invoices, point of sale receipts, after sales emails, and even on your business cards. Add a short message to let people know how and where they can review your business and provide the link.
Making a simple change like this will increase the number of reviews that you get from your happy customers.
You don’t need to do anything complicated or to spend time chasing every customer for a review. Instead, you make changes once and they’ll keep working for you over time - even when you’re really busy.
