Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data SAB Digital Marketing Agency ("SAB", "we", "us") collects through sab.id, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website only.

Who is responsible for your data

SAB Digital Marketing Agency is the data controller for information submitted through this site. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@sab.id.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide:

• Name — so we know who we are replying to.
• Email address — to send you our reply.
• Phone or WhatsApp number — if you prefer to be reached that way.
• Company name — to understand your business context.
• Your message — whatever you choose to tell us.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification, or any special category data through this website.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
• To follow up on a conversation you started with us.
• To keep a record of our correspondence for our own accountability.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of the relationship. If you ask us to delete it and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Where it is stored

Enquiries reach us by email and are stored in the business systems we use to run the agency. Some of those providers operate servers outside Indonesia, which means your data may be processed abroad under the safeguards those providers apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data of yours we hold;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data;
• stop using it for a particular purpose;
• send you a copy of it.

Email hello@sab.id and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, TruConversion, VisitorTracking, Meta Pixel and OpenAI Pixel to understand visits, measure enquiries and improve SAB marketing. These services may process device and browser information, visited pages, referral sources, interactions and cookie identifiers. Analytics starts automatically on eligible public pages unless disabled. For visitors identified as being in Indonesia, advertising measurement also starts automatically without an Allow prompt. We resolve only the country code through our existing website infrastructure. If the country cannot be resolved or is outside Indonesia, advertising measurement waits for an explicit choice. A previous refusal and supported browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

Meta receives page visits, contact-link clicks and successful enquiry events. OpenAI receives page visits, WhatsApp-link clicks and accepted enquiry events. Google Ads measures page visits, accepted enquiries and WhatsApp-link clicks. These browser events do not include your enquiry message or confirmation token. OpenAI events are opted out of future user-level personalization. TruConversion masks input fields for recordings and measures interactions; VisitorTracking measures website visits.

Optional contact-data matching requires you to choose Enable ad matching in Measurement settings. It is disabled for automatic Indonesia measurement. When you explicitly enable it, Meta Conversions API may receive a Lead event for an enquiry you submit, with hashed email and, when provided in international format, hashed phone number, together with IP address, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. Meta browser and server events share an event ID to prevent double counting. We do not send the enquiry message, company, name or confirmation token in these Meta events. Queued server event payloads are removed after acceptance or expiry within six days; a delivery status record remains. With explicit matching enabled, OpenAI automatic advanced matching may normalize and hash supported contact information in your browser. It is restricted on this website while optional matching is disabled. Raw contact information is not sent by that automatic matching. Google enhanced conversions are disabled in our direct Ads integration.

Use Measurement settings in the footer to disable tracking or enable optional ad matching. Disabling does not prevent you from browsing or contacting SAB. The page reloads to stop future tracking from the integrations above. We retain an explicit matching choice for up to 180 days and keep a refusal until you change it; automatic activation is not saved as consent. When measurement is allowed, campaign and referral details may be retained in this browser for up to 30 days. Contact identifiers and advertising attribution are sent with an enquiry for matching only after the explicit matching choice. Meta cookies are managed by Meta and your browser. OpenAI uses first-party __oppref cookies for up to 30 days and __obref cookies for up to 365 days; browser restrictions may shorten these lifetimes. Disabling removes these advertising cookies and prevents future measurement; it does not erase information already sent to providers.

These providers may process information outside Indonesia under their own policies. For information about Meta data use, see Meta Privacy Policy and OpenAI Privacy Policy. You can also control cookies in your browser or contact hello@sab.id about your data.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on this page.
